IN DEFENDANT WEEKSâ BEDROOM, NEXT TO HIS HEAD, WAS A BLACK SPOON, WHICH FIELD-TESTED POSITIVE FOR HEROIN. THE SPOON WAS COLLECTED, PHOTOGRAPHED AND TURNED IN TO EVIDENCE. DEFENDANT WEEKS DENIED ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE SPOON. DEFENDANT WEEKS WAS ARRESTED, HAND CUFFED BEHIND HIS BACK AND TRANSPORTED TO CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY BY DETECTIVE FARKAS.
