| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Willburn pled guilty in Thurston County Superior Court on 09/25/2000 to one count of Attempted Rape of a Child in the First Degree, and two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 144 months in prison for the attempted rape of a child and 130 months in prison for each count of child molestation. These sentences were ordered to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of Willburn sexually assaulting the known seven year old female victim until she was nine years old, and the known six year old female victim. Willburn sexually assaulted the seven year old over a period of two years while babysitting her. He sexually assaulted the six year over a period of a few months. Willburn did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Willburn pled guilty in Thurston County Superior Court on 12/19/1978 to one count of Second Degree Statutory Rape. He was sentenced to six months in jail. This conviction was the result of Willburn sexually assaulting the unknown four year old female victim. The victim was a neighbor and was walking by when Willburn took her into his residence and sexually assaulted her. Willburn completed sex offender treatment after this conviction.
