Commentaries: Comments According to official documents Willburn pled guilty in Thurston County Superior Court on 09/25/2000 to one count of Attempted Rape of a Child in the First Degree, and two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 144 months in prison for the attempted rape of a child and 130 months in prison for each count of child molestation. These sentences were ordered to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of Willburn sexually assaulting the known seven year old female victim until she was nine years old, and the known six year old female victim. Willburn sexually assaulted the seven year old over a period of two years while babysitting her. He sexually assaulted the six year over a period of a few months. Willburn did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Willburn pled guilty in Thurston County Superior Court on 12/19/1978 to one count of Second Degree Statutory Rape. He was sentenced to six months in jail. This conviction was the result of Willburn sexually assaulting the unknown four year old female victim. The victim was a neighbor and was walking by when Willburn took her into his residence and sexually assaulted her. Willburn completed sex offender treatment after this conviction. Willburn is currently on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville Field Office (360) 658-2150, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not enter sex related business to include X-rated movies Do not possess or peruse pornographic materials unless authorized Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children Do not use , posess, purchase, or consume alcohol Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Do not work at or be in places frequented by minors Enter into and successfully complete a sex offender treatment program with a certified sex offender treatment provider Have no contact with minors Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Remain within or outside geographic boundaries as directed Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to search of your person, residence, vehicle and possessions whenever requested by CCO
