| Commentaries: | Comments Abide by curfew rules as directed by supervising CCO According to official documents Reddeman pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 02/25/2003 to one count of Attempted Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 59 months in prison. This sentence was suspended and he was granted a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative. He served six months in jail and then completed a community base sex offender treatment program. This conviction was the result of Reddeman sexually assaulting two known female victims from ages of six years old to 14 years old and the other victim from seven years old until she was nine years old. His SSOSA sentence was revoked on 06/03/2008 due to numerous violations of his conditions of supervision. He then served his original 59 month sentence in prison. Reddeman is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections , Marysville Field Office (360) 658-2150, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions of supervision: Do not date women or form relationships with families who have minor children, as directed by CCO. Do not enter bars, taverns, casinos, or lounges or any location where alcohol is the primary item for sale Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate, as defined by CCO. Do not have direct or indirect contact with victim(s) for life Do not initiate or prolong contact with minor children without the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense and has been approved by CCO. Do not possess or peruse pornographic materials unless authorized Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor chidren live or are spending the night. Do not seek employment or volunteer in positions which place you in contact with or in control over minor children Do not use , posess, purchase, or consume alcohol Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription GPS monitoring as directed by community corrections officer Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision. Home visits include access for the purposes of visual inspection of all areas of residence in which the offender lives or has exclusive/joint control/access Obey all municipal, county, state, tribal and federal laws Participate and make reasonable progress in sex offender treatment as directed Participate in offense related counseling programs Participate in substance abuse treatment Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Submit to polygraph examinations as directed Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmographic testing as directed Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by CCO |
