| Methods of offending: | In 1996, he approached a 7 year old female in a parking lot and stole the girl's underwear by removing them forcefully from her body. He placed them in his van and left them there. He later returned to the scene where he was apprehended. In 1998 he was arrested outside of Amazon Pool after patrons noticed odd behavior. He was arrested on a Probation Violation as he was not allowed to be around minors. In 2000, while hiding in bushes, he exposed himself to elementary age girls outside their school. In 2001, he befriended a 14 year old runaway and sexually assaulted her. In 2004, he befriended two adult females that were close friends and began babysitting their daughters. He molested a 4 1/2 year old female and a 2 1/2 year female. |
