| Comments: | According to official documents Roberson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 07/17/2002 to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 30 to 40 weeks with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This sentence was suspended and Roberson was granted a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative including community based sex offender treatment. This conviction was the result of Roberson sexually assaulting the known three year old female victim while spending the night at one of her family member''s residence. While on supervision Roberson was sanctioned for inappropriate sexual contact and contact with minors. Later his SSODA sentence was revoked after he was terminated from sex offender treatment and failed to register a new address. Roberson then served his original sentence with JRA. Roberson has recently exhibited behavior that places him at the highest risk to reoffend. Roberson is not on active Supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
