| Comments: | In 2009 Travis EMPEY pleaded guilty to Child Molestation 2nd degree in Pierce County, WA. According to official documents, EMPEY (age 25) sexually assaulted a known 11 year old female. The victim met EMPEY when they became neighbors. Eventually EMPEY moved away, but sometime later returned to the neighborhood and was living in his car. The victim's mother allowed EMPEY to stay on a living room couch in their home. It was later discovered that EMPEY had sexually assaulted her 11 year old daughter on multiple occasions. EMPEY was originally charged with Rape of a Child 1st degree, the charge was later amended and EMPEY pleaded guilty to Child Molestation in the 2nd degree. In 2001 EMPEY was convicted of 4th Degree Sexual Assault (three counts) in Bayfield County, WI. According to official documents, EMPEY (age 17) sexually assaulted a known 15 year old female. According to official file documents EMPEY (ages 16 - 18 ) also sexually assaulted a familial male (age 16-18) on multiple occasions. The victim stated he did not give consent. According to the victim EMPEY threatened him with physical harm if he told anyone and the victim was afraid of EMPEY. EMPEY has also disclosed, when he was 14-15 year old he sexually assaulted another familial male (age 10 -11). Due to EMPEY's sexual criminal history he has been classified a LEVEL 3 sex offender. |
