| Comments: | In 1995 Ramsey was convicted in Thurston County Juvenile Court of Child Molestation 1st Degree and Incest 1st Degree for the Sexual Assault of two different young female family members. At the time of the crimes Ramey was 17 years old and his victims were 9 and 13 years old. He was initially sentenced to a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative with the requirement that he complete sex offender treatment. He failed to complete the requirements of the court and was required to serve the suspended sentence. In 2003 Ramsey was convicted in Thurston County Superior Court of the offense of Residential Burglary. The crime involved him gaining entry into the residence of an adult female he did not know and taking pictures of her while she was leaving the bathroom after taking a bath. Because of his continuing criminal activity he poses a clear risk to re-offend and this community notification is required. |
