| Comments: | According to official documents Richardson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 03/25/1996 to two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 26 to 32 weeks in custody with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This sentence was suspended and he was granted a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative. The SSODA sentence was revoked on 06/19/1996 due to Richardson not participating in sex offender treatment as required. Richardson then served his original sentence with JRA. He was supervised by JRA until his 21st birthday and had a total of 530 days in either warrant or revocation status while on supervision. This conviction was due to Richardson sexually assaulting the known seven year old female victim on multiple occasions over a period of two to three years. Richardson has also admitted incidents of grabbing the breasts and buttocks of seven to nine unknown female victims during a local festival in 1995. Currently Richardson was released from prison on 11/24/2007 after serving a 16 month sentence for Arson Second Degree. Richardson is no longer on supervision. " Probation Conditions |
