| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to the Oaks Mobile Home Park lot # 39 in reference to a well being check on a 4 year old. While en route dispatch advised responding units that the 4 year old was protected by a domestic violence injunction against his step father ( the defendant). Upon arrival units made contact with the child's mother and were permitted to check on the child. At that time officers found the defendant in the home attempting to conceal him self from officers. The defendant was placed under arrest for violating the injunction. A records check also revealed that he was currently on probation and he was charged accordingly. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held without bond. |
