| Comments: | In 2003, Subject ABRAM was convicted of two counts of Rape 3rd Degree. According to official records, ABRAM, over a two month time period, had sexually assaulted three adult females ranging in ages between 20 to 26 years of age. In one incident ABRAM had contact with a 20 year old non-familial female while she was staying at the home where ABRAM was living. ABRAM went into the room where the victim was sleeping. The victim awoke to find ABRAM rubbing her thigh area with his hand. In another incident, ABRAM sexually assaulted a 21 year old non-familial female who was spending the night at ABRAM's residence. The victim in this incident woke up to find ABRAM sexually assaulting her with his finger. ABRAM also sexually assaulted a 26 year old non-familial female in another incident. This victim had been spending the night at the residence where ABRAM was living. She woke up on one occasion to find her pants unbuttoned and pulled down. She did not know how that happened. Approximately one week later, the victim again awoke to find ABRAM sexually assaulting her with his finger. ABRAM was originally charged with Rape 2nd Degree for these incidents and was later convicted of the two counts of Rape 3rd Degree. ABRAM participated in Sex Offender Treatment Program while he was incarcerated but records indicate that his participation in the Treatment Program was sporadic. Due to ABRAM's sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender. This allows the Pierce County Sheriff's Department to disclose relevant, necessary, and accurate information to the public at large. |
