Probable cause affidavit: SUBMITTED BY: LUDLOW, CHRISTOPHER 0214 (AR10117694) UNLAWFULLY ENDANGER THE SAFETY OF ANOTHER OR THEIR PROPERTY WHILE INTOXICATED OR DID WHILE INTOXICATED OR DRINKING AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN A PUBLIC PLACE CAUSE A PUBLIC DISTURBANCE, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTE NUMBER 856.011. ON 103110 AT APPROXIMATELY 1730 HOURS, I RESPONDED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY TO MEET WITH DEPUTY POLLARD IN REFERENCE TO A WHITE MALE BEING PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR DISORDERLY INTOXICATION, WHILE AT 502 NW 6TH STREET (CRACKERS BAR AND GRILL). DEPUTY POLLARD ADVISED THAT ON 103110 AT APPROXIMATELY 1700 HOURS HE HAD RESPONDED 502 NW 6TH STREET TO ASSIST SERGEANT BLOOMER WITH AN INTOXICATED WHITE MALE LATER IDENTIFIED AS DEFENDANT, MR ALAN FISH. DEPUTY POLLARD ADVISED THAT UPON HIS ARRIVAL; HE OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT STUMBLING AROUND IN THE PARKING LOT CAUSING A DISTURBANCE, WHICH WAS ATTRACTING THE ATTENTION OF PATRONS VISITING THE ESTABLISHMENT. DEPUTY POLLARD ADVISED HE HAD OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT STUMBLING INTO VEHICLES AND YELLING, ATTEMPTING TO GET THE ATTENTION OF THE PATRONS IN THE PARKING LOT. IT APPEARED THESE ACTIONS WERE MAKING THE PATRONS UNCOMFORTABLE AND ATTEMPTING TO AVOID THE DEFENDANT. DEPUTY POLLARD INDICATED THE DEFENDANT WAS UNSTEADY ON HIS FEET HAD A STRONG ODOR OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMING FROM HIS BREATH AND EXTREMELY SLURRED SPEECH. DEPUTY POLLARD REQUESTED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS) AND MEDIC THREE RESPONDED TO EVALUATE THE DEFENDANT FOR ANY POSSIBLE MEDICAL ISSUES. THE DEFENDANT WAS FOUND NOT TO HAVE ANY MEDICAL ISSUES. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) BEHIND HIS BACK AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. I MADE CONTACT WITH SERGEANT BLOOMER; HIS STATEMENTS OF THE DEFENDANT 'S ACTIONS CONCURRED WITH THAT OF DEPUTY POLLARDS'. THE DEFENDANT 'S BOND WAS SET AT $150.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
