He was given a term of 20 months in prison. The victim in this crime was a known 49 year old female, known to Greene who had lived in the same apartment complex. Greene admitted to fondling the victim who was passed out due to drinking. Greene was convicted of Indecent Liberties in Makah Tribal Court on 4-6-2004 and was given 180 days in jail which 140 days were suspended. The victim in this case was a known 43 year old female. This victim was walking away from a phone booth when Greene approached from behind and grabbed her breast.
