| Comments: | In 1994 Baker was convicted in Lewis County Superior Court of Rape of a Child 1st Degree. The crime involved the sexual assault of a 5 year old female that was known to him. As a result of the conviction he was sentenced to 80 months in prison. He was originally released on 08/21/00. In 2001 Baker was convicted in Grays Harbor County of Incest 1st Degree. This crime involved him having forced sexual relations with an adult female relative. For this crime he was sentenced to 34 months in prison.
