ON 081016, I RESPONDED TO 2235 EAST GULF TO LAKE HIGHWAY NEAR RUBY TUESDAY'S IN INVERNESS IN REFERENCE TO A TRAFFIC STOP THAT SERGEANT BAIRD (0624) HAD INITIATED. UPON ARRIVAL, SGT BAIRD (0624) ADVISED the DEFENDANT LATER IDENTIFIED AS MR ALLEN JUSTIN GAGE WAS STOPPED FOR NOT HAVING A MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT AND OPERATING A MOTORCYCLE. ONCE THE DEFENDANT STEPPED OFF OF THE MOTORCYCLE A LARGE BULGE WAS VISIBLE in the FRONT OF HIS PANTS NEAR WHERE HIS BELT BUCKLE WOULD BE. AFTER A PAT-DOWN SEARCH OF the DEFENDANT WAS COMPLETED, LOCATED ON HIS PERSON INSIDE A BLACK SOCK WAS A WHITE IN COLOR IBUPROFEN BOTTLE CONTAINING FOUR DIFFERENT OPIATES IDENTIFIED AS MORPHINE 30 MILLIGRAMS, METHADONE 10 MILLIGRAMS, METHADONE HYDROCHLORIDE 10 MILLIGRAMS AND HYDROMORPHONE 9 MILLIGRAMS. ALSO LOCATED INSIDE THE BOTTLE WAS ONE SMALL BAGGIE WITH CLEAR CRYSTALLINE SUBSTANCE that TESTED POSITIVE FOR METHAMPHETAMINE. POST MIRANDA, THE DEFENDANT STATED HE WAS HEADING TO INVERNESS TO DISTRIBUTE the ABOVE LISTED DRUGS. the DEFENDANT WAS ADVISED HE WAS GOING TO BE PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR FOUR COUNTS POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH $2,000.00 BOND FOR EACH COUNT, ONE COUNT TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH BOND SET AT $25,000.00. the DEFENDANT WAS ISSUED WRITTEN WARNING NUMBER 412682B, FOR DRIVING A MOTORCYCLE WITH NO MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT and the DEFENDANT'S TOTAL BOND WAS SET AT $33,000.00, PER THE BOND SCHEDULE SCALLY'S TOWING RESPONDED TO the SCENE TO TOW the DEFENDANT'S MOTORCYCLE.
