Narrative: | On the above date and time while investing the armed home invasion robbery, the victim Amber Nicole Murwin, gave verbal consent to enter her apartment in order to view the crime scene where the incident took place. Upon entering the apartment there were two clear plastic bags containing what appeared to be (and later presumptive fielded tested positive as) cannabis lying on the living room floor in plain view. The total weight of the two recovered bags of cannabis was approximately 34 grams. When confronted about the two bags of cannabis, Murwin openly admitted the cannabis belonged to her. After the initial home invasion robbery investigation was concluded (and arrested made), a warrant was issued for Murwin’s arrest and she subsequently turned herself in to the Hernando county jail on a $5,000 bond. |
