| Comments: | According to Official documents, Armitage attempted to rape a adult female who was looking for a place to sleep in an alley in Everett. Armitage grabbed the victim from behind and dragged the victim into some bushes, struck the victim with his fists. During the attempted rape, two witnesses heard the victim's screams and came to the aid of the victim. Armitage fled in a vehicle and was located a short time later and arrested. He pled guilty to Attempted Second Degree Rape and was given a term of 51 months. Upon his release from prison he registered as a Sex Offender as required. Armitage no longer is under supervision with the Department of Corrections. |
