| Comments: | According to official documents, PACE sexually assaulted a 15 year old known female. PACE was a family friend and employee of the victim's family. The older sister of the victim became suspicious and let their father know of her concerns. The father found the victim's Facebook page on her tablet open, and located a conversation on how the victim and PACE arranged to meet up. The victim's father and sister were able to locate the victim, in the back of PACE's pickup, both were naked from the waist up when they were contacted. The victim admitted to her family of the sexual intercourse with PACE. During the investigation it was learned they had been engaged in sexual intercourse a number of times. PACE plead guilty on 5/18/15 and received a Special Sexual Offender Sentence Alternative (SSOSA) on 7/10/15. The SSOSA was revoked on 11/23/16 due to multiple violations of community supervision requirements to include being terminated from the sexual deviance treatment required.
