Probable cause affidavit: | SUBMITTED BY: PARSONS, TRAVIS 0358 (AR10116037) DID UNLAWFULLY AND WANTONLY OR MALICIOUSLY THROW A MISSILE OR HURL OR PROJECT A STONE OR OTHER HARD SUBSTANCE, TO WIT: A TODDLER'S RIDING TOY, AT, WITHIN OR IN A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE BUILDING, TO WIT: A RESIDENCE, AND SAID MISSILE, STONE OR HARD SUBSTANCE WOULD PRODUCE DEATH OR GREAT BODILY HARM IF IT STRUCK A PERSON, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUE 790.19 ON 072510, I WAS DISPATCHED TO 2461 SOUTH STANLEY TERRACE IN HOMOSASSA IN REFERENCE TO A DISTURBANCE. WHILE ENROUTE, THE CALLER ADVISED DISPATCH THAT THE DEFENDANT HAD THROWN OBJECTS THROUGH WINDOWS AND THE GLASS HAD GOTTEN ON THE CHILDREN WHICH WERE INSIDE THE RESIDENCE. UPON ARRIVAL, IT WAS DISCOVERED NO ONE WAS INJURED AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS) WAS NOT NEEDED. THE VICTIM ADVISED THAT THE DEFENDANT, HIS LANDLORD, CAME TO HIS RESIDENCE DEMANDING MONEY. THE VICTIM ADVISED THAT HE TOLD THE DEFENDANT TO LEAVE AND SHE BECAME ANGRY AND STARTED BREAKING WINDOWS WITH A TODDLERS RIDING TOY. ONE OF THE WINDOWS WHICH WAS BROKEN WAS THE CHILDREN'S BEDROOM AND THE GLASS COVERED THEM WHILE ONE WAS IN HIS HIGH CHAIR EATING AND THE OTHER SITTING ON THE BED NEXT TO THE WINDOW EATING. PHOTOGRAPHS WERE TAKEN OF THE DAMAGE (SEE CRIME SCENE TECHNICIAN (CST) REPORT). THE VICTIM STATED THE DEFENDANT HAD LEFT THE RESIDENCE AND RETURNED TO HERS WHICH IS LOCATED AROUND THE CORNER AT 2349 SOUTH HULL TERRACE. I MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT WHO WAS STANDING ON HER FRONT PORCH AND ASKED HER WHAT HAD HAPPENED. SHE ADVISED THAT HER TENANTS HAVE NOT PAID RENT, WHICH INCLUDES ELECTRICITY SINCE MARCH AND SHE WAS FED UP. SHE ADVISED THAT SHE HAD TRIED TO HAVE THEM EVICTED BUT JUDGE YERMAN REFUSED THE EVICTION. SHE STATED THE VICTIMS DRIVE BY SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY SMILE, WAVE AND SHOUT OBSCENITIES IN REFERENCE TO THEM NOT PAYING RENT. SHE ADVISED ON THIS DATE WHEN THE VICTIMS DROVE BY, SHE BECAME UPSET AND WENT OVER TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT GETTING RENT. SHE ADVISED WHEN SHE KNOCKED ON THE VICTIM'S DOOR, HE ADVISED HER THAT "HE WOULD BEAT HER ASS IF SHE DID NOT LEAVE HIS PROPERTY". the DEFENDANT STATED THIS ANGERED HER AND SHE BEGAN BREAKING WINDOWS. SHE ADVISED AT NO TIME DID SHE INTEND TO HURT ANYONE AND HOPED THAT SHE HAD NOT. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST, HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) PLACED IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED TO CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING.
