| Narrative: | On the above date and time officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to 965 Candlelight Blvd Apt #46 in reference to a battery. The defendant and his wife had been involved in multiple physical altercations since last night. The victim had contacted friends to pick her up. When she attempted to leave the apartment, the defendant grabbed her by the neck in an attempt to keep her from leaving. Her friends attempted to intervene and were battered by the defendant as well. The defendant later admitted to biting her on the face. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail and held without bond. A search of his person incident to arrest revealed a small amount of marijuana in his pants pocket. |
