DEFENDANT MARSANO SAID ''FUCK NO, I'M KEEPING THIS AND RETURNING IT.'' I QUESTIONED DEFENDANT MARSANO ON HOW LONG HE DROVE AROUND BEFORE RETURNING THE STOLEN HELICOPTER AND HE SAID APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR, ADVISING THAT HE HAD SPOKEN TO HIS WIFE AND WAS ALREADY AWARE THAT THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS LOOKING FOR HIM. DEFENDANT MARSANO ALSO ADMITTED THAT HE KNOWS ''SHORT'' TO BE A CRACK ADDICT AND HAS GIVEN HIM RIDES IN THE PAST. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TURNED BACK OVER TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANTâS BOND WAS SET AT $5,000.00, PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
