Solis also assaulted another victim who was a 14 year old female stranger. Solis was walking in front of the victim when he turned and grabbed the victim's breast. Solis then jogged away. Solis was treated in the community after serving 6 months in Jail. His sentence was revoked for failing to make progress in his treatment. Solis is not on active supervision and has no conditions. His only requirement is to register as a sex offender.
