Comments: According to official documents Spencer pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 01/19/1998 to one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to 106 weeks with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Spencer sexually assaulting the known 15 year old female victim. Both Spencer and the victim were attending a birthday party at a motel and left the room to go outside for a cigarette. They were in a secluded area smoking when Spencer grabbed the victim and started going through her pockets looking for money. Spencer then pulled down the victim's pants and sexually assaulted her. Spencer is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender.
