| Comments: | SEPULVEDA, Armondo R. was released in Pierce County after serving a prison term for a 1996 conviction of Rape 3rd and Burglary 1st. Mr. Sepulveda's current convictions are related to having broken into his neighbor's residence late at night and sexually assaulting an 18-year-old female acquaintance. Mr. Sepulveda was convicted of Rape 1st and Robbery 2nd in a King County case. In this case, Mr. Sepulveda and his juvenile accomplice approached the victim outside of a convenience store at 4:00 am. He engaged her in conversation and told her she should not be out at night as it was a scary area . When the victim tried to leave, they followed her. Sepulveda grabbed her and dragged her to a wooded area where the victim was assaulted by the accomplice and raped by Sepulveda. Then Sepulveda held the victim and assaulted her while his accomplice raped her. Following the second rape, Sepulveda and his accomplice stole her coat and left her battered and unclothed at the rape scene. Mr. Sepulveda is to have no contact with the victims, minor children or frequent areas where children congregate. He participated in sex offender treatment while incarcerated. He is under the supervision of a community correction officer. |
