He was sentenced to 83 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Brown sexually assaulting the known 13 year old female victim. The victim went to visit a relative at a residence where Brown also lived. Once there Brown sexually assaulted the victim after they had smoked marihuana and she became under the influence of the drug. Brown declined to participate in the sex offender treatment program or chemical dependency program while in prison. Brown is no longer of supervision. No contact with victim.
