UPON INTERVIEWING THE SUBJECT, HE ADMITTED TO HITTING THE VICTIM WITH AN OPEN HAND, SLAP. THIS OCCURRED INSIDE THE RESIDENCE OF THE COMPLAINANT. IT STARTED AS A VERBAL TURNING INTO A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION. INCIDENT OCCURRED IN SHREVEPORT/ CADDO PARISH.
