THE ACTIVE WRIT WAS CONFIRMED THROUGH FWC DISPATCH. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND SECURED IN FLEX CUFFS. HE WAS THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. AFFIANT HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS CASE.
