| Details: | The Offender, using several different screen names, entered into online chats with what he believed to be a 13 year-old female. The conversations were very sexual in nature and discussed the Offender having protected sex with what he believed to be the 13 year-old female. The Offender used the computers web-cam to show himself masturbating, believing he was doing it in front of the 13 year-old female. Furthermore, the Offenders personal computer was found to contain many images of child pornography, prepubescent females in various stages of undress. |
