| Comments: | According to official documents Richards was convicted in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 08/20/2008 of one count of Rape in the Second Degree. He was sentenced to 155 to 193 weeks in custody with the Washington State Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Richards sexually assaulting the known 14 year old female victim. Richards, the victim and another female went to a park and drank alcohol. Richards at one point began to physically and sexually assault the victim. She tried to run away but Richards caught her and continued to physically and sexually assault her. Richards also told the victim that he would kill her if she reported him. The victim was able to flee when Richards was distracted by another person. Richards did participate in sex offender treatment while at JRA. He is on active supervision with JRA for a period of 24 months. |
