| Comments: | According to official documents Marlow pled guilty in Thurston County Superior Court on 07/07/1993 to four counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree, one count of Child Molestation in the Second Degree and one count of Rape of a Child in the Second Degree. He was sentenced to 168 months in prison. Marlow sexually assaulted the known nine year old female victim for three years from 1990 to 1993. Marlow babysat the victim on numerous occasions, eventually with the victim being left in his care every weekend. He has admitted to sexually assaulting four additional female victims, five to eight years old. At the time of his arrest the investigation revealed that Marlow maintained his residence as an inviting place for children and neighborhood children often visited his home. Marlow attended and completed the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Marlow no longer is on active supervision. |
