In 1998, during an investigation of another crime in Skamania County, Brown was found to be in possession of approximately 300 pairs of women`s underwear which were later determined to have been stolen from laundromats. Brown was recently released from prison, and registered as transient. He will be monitored by the Department of Corrections, the Vancouver Police Sex Offender Tracking Unit, and the Clark County Sheriff`s Sex Offender Registration Unit. |
