Comments: According to official documents Maddalena pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 10/16/1991 to one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to one year in county jail. This conviction is the result of Maddalena sexually assaulting an unknown adult female victim. Maddalena had called an escort service requesting a dancer for a bachelor party. The victim agreed to go to his residence. Once there Maddalena immediately attacked the victim and choked her. He continued to physically assault her as she resisted and sexually assault her after she could no longer resist. The victim was able to escape by jumping out of a window. Maddalena also has a history of non-sexual assaultive behavior. He is not on active supervision at this time and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender.
