| Comments: | QUINN, Bradley J. was convicted of two counts of Child molestation in the 1st Degree in 1997. At age 14, QUINN sexually offended against two female step-siblings, ages 5 and 9, and a female cousin, age 4. While QUINN was incarcerated, he self admitted to sexual contact with many foster siblings before his age of culpability. He also admitted to taking part in a 'gang rape' of a female that was known to QUINN. QUINN's criminal history includes; Possession of Stolen Property, Theft 3rd Degree, 3-parole revocations, Taking a Motor Vehicle without the Owner's Permission, and False Statement to a Police Officer. QUINN's participation in the Sex Offender Treatment Program during his time of incarceration was minimal. He has not shown the ability to accept responsibility for his crimes. He is considered a high risk to re-offend. Due to QUINN's sexual and criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender. This allows the Pierce County Sheriff's Department to disclose relevant, necessary, and accurate information to the public at large. This current notification is being done, because QUINN has recently been released from custody on his latest conviction of Taking a Motor Vehicle without the Owner's Permission and has moved to an area in Pierce County.
