| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Cole pled guilty to the crime of Attempted Child Molestation in the 1st Degree on 1-4-2010 and was sentenced on 2-16-2010 to 38.25 months in prison. In August of 2009, Cole age 26 attempted to molest the victim who was a 11 year-old male while the victim was sleeping. Cole attempted to touch the victim's genitals, but the victim awoke before this could happen. Cole attempted to touch the victim again but stopped when he saw that the victim was still awake. The victim left the room and told his mother. Cole was later arrested. Cole has admitted to 6 unadjudicated victim's between the ages of 11 and 18. Cole has stated that he would be crusing for sexual partners in public settings, including public men's rooms. Cole completed sex offender treatment while in prison.
