| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Miller was found guilty of the crimes of Indecent Liberties and Rape 3rd degree on April 27, 2006 and was given a term of 41 months with credit for time served while awaiting trial. The victim of the Indecent Liberties conviction was a 17 year old female who was attending a drinking party in April of 2004. The victim hid along with others when the police arrived to stop the party. After the police left, the victim was sexually assaulted by Miller. The victim of the Rape 3rd degree conviction was a 20 year old female who was having a party at her residence when she became intoxicated and was taken to her bedroom by her roommates and put to bed. Later on she awoke to being sexually assaulted by Miller. The victim reported the assault to her roommates and Miller who was still at the residence denied the assault and left. While in prison, Miller attended Sex Offender treatment. Miller is no longer on active supervision. Shall not purchase, own or possess any firearm. |
