ON 08/11/09, DEP FARNHAM MET WITH THE VICTIMS AT THE EXPRESS LANE IN FLORAL CITY AS ONE OF THE WORKERS, WHO KNEW THE DEFENDANT, STATED HE HAD BEEN CHANGING COINS TO CURRENCY AT THE STORE. DEP FARNHAM THEN MET THE VICTIMS AT THE FLORAL CITY FOODS CONVENIENCE STORE AND VIEWED THE SECURITY VIDEO. THEY IDENTIFIED THE DEFENDANT AS THE PERSON IN THE VIDEO CONVERTING CHANGE INTO CURRENCY. DEP FARNHAM LATER VIEWED THE SECURITY VIDEO AT THE CITGO STORE AND OBSERVED THE SUSPECT ON THE VIDEO. ON 08/12/09, DEP JOHNSON AND DALTON LOCATED THE DEFENDANT AND TOOK HIM INTO CUSTODY, PER MY INSTRUCTION. THEY DELIVERED THE DEFENDANT TO THE JAIL, WHERE I INTERVIEWED HIM. THE DEFENDANT WAS READ MIRANDA AND GAVE A SWORN TAPED ADMISSION, DETAILING HIS ACTIONS. BOND SET AT $30,000 PER SCHEDULE. *NOT-EXEMPT* |
