| Comments: | HAMPTON, Brett Charles In 1998, Subject HAMPTON was convicted of Transporting a Minor for Prostitution and Transporting an Individual for Prostitution. According to official documents, HAMPTON was actively engaged in acting as a 'pimp' for a period of approximately 10 years. HAMPTON would recruit young adult and teenaged females into prostitution activities. He would use charm, drugs, threats, coercion, and sexual abuse and violence to involve these females in prostitution. Records indicated that HAMPTON transported at least 2 teenaged females out of state and had them participate in prostitution activities and controlled them with threats and violence. HAMPTON has a criminal history that includes; Burglary, Theft, Shoplifting, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and probation violation. It does not appear the HAMPTON participated in any Sex Offender Treatment Program in the past. HAMPTON is currently under community supervision by the United States Federal District Probation Office.
