| Narrative: | Officers responded to a battery complaint at the Morse Meadows MHP. Their investigation found that BRIAN T. RIVIERE became involved in an altercation with two females in one of the mobile homes after he found his boyfriend inside with them. During the altercation RIVIERE struck the pregnant female in the face then fled when the police were called. RIVIERE’s vehicle was located at a nearby business and he was located hiding in the mobile home park. RIVIERE was taken into custody after a brief foot chase with officers. RIVIERE was booked into the Hernando County Jail with a bond of $2,500. |
