After forcing the victims into their vehicle and driving them to another location, BROOKS removed the female from the vehicle and attempted to force her to perform sex acts on him at gunpoint. When she refused, she was forced back into the car, driven to another location and sexually assaulted at gunpoint by BROOKS and his partner while her partner was forced to watch. BROOKS has additional convictions for Burglary second degree (1984), Attempted Burglary second degree (1987, 1989), Theft first degree (1985), Attempted motor vehicle theft (1987), as well as other misdemeanor and traffic crimes.
