| Comments: | DOYLE, Bryan C. - In 1997, subject DOYLE was convicted in the State of Florida of Attempted Sexual Battery 1st Degree. According to file material available, DOYLE sexually assaulted an 11 year old male relative. DOYLE approached the victim while the victim was sleeping and sexually assaulted the victim. In 1988, DOYLE was convicted in Thurston County of Indecent Liberties. In that case, DOYLE sexually molested the 5 year old son of his live-in girlfriend. DOYLE would lay in the bed with the victim and fondle him in a sexual manner. DOYLE's criminal history includes several misdemeanor crimes related to alcohol and drug use. It appears that DOYLE participated in a Sex Offender Treatment Program while he was incarcerated for his most recent sexual assault related conviction and also had participated in sexual deviancy treatment associated with the 1988 conviction. DOYLE will be under community supervision by the Washington State Department of Corrections. Due to DOYLE's sexual and criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender. This allows the Pierce County Sheriff's Department to disclose relevant, necessary, and accurate information to the public at large. This current notification is being done because DOYLE has recently been released from custody from Florida and moved to a location in unincorporated Pierce County. Sex Offender registration laws allow for the tracking of sexual offenders. It does not control the location of where an offender chooses to live. |
