Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Lacey pled guilty to two counts of Rape of a Child in the First degree and was given a term of 160 months in prison on March 15, 2006, which was suspended on condition that Lacey serve 12 months in jail with credit for time that he had served awaiting for his sentence. Lacey was then ordered to enter into treatment within the community. The victim's in his crimes were both male and female, age 3 and 6. Lacey has admitted to a total of 10 victims between the age of 3 and 13, both male and female. Lacey was able to manipulate his victims due to the ages of the victims, offending for a total of 5 years before being arrested. Lacey will be on supervision for the rest of his life with the Monroe Office of the Department of Corrections. 360-794-2592. Do not date men or women nor form relationships with families who have minor children, as directed by CCO. Do not possess or access pornographic materials, as defined by CCO. Do not frequent establishments whose primary business pertains to sexually explicit or erotic material. Do not possess or consume controlled substance unless you have a legally issued prescription. CCO may test by UA or breathalyzer. *Court finds that illegal drug use is a precursor behavior for subject's offense. Subject shall have random UA's at least twice a month for two years. Do not remain overnight in a residence where monor children live or are spending the night; not to go into residence of any family member who has a minor child. Do not seek employment or volunteer positions which place you in contact with or control over minor children. Pprior to taking any employment must get permission of CCO/treatment provider. Have no direct or indirect contact with victims or any other minor child names in the discovery material. No contact with any minor child at all. Only the court my approve an adult supervisor for contact with minor children. Obey all laws. Participate in offense related counseling programs. Subject shall participate in substance abuse evaluation and follow-up treatment recommended. Participate in various physical exams as directed by CCO to ensure conditions of community custody. Subject to be polygraphed every 6 months for entire 5 year treatment term Pay the costs of crime-related counseling and medical treatment required by victims or any other minor child named in the discovery material. Residence, living arrangements and employment must be preapproved by CCO. Subject to have no sexual relationships with either men/women without propr permission of CCO and therapist. Also not to have contact with his uncle. You must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision. Home visits include access for purposes of visual inspection of all areas of residence in which you live or have exclusive or joint control and/or access. You must subject to searches or inspections of any computer equipment to which you have regular access. |
