| Commentaries: | Comments According to offical documents, Crowell pled guilty to the crime of Rape of a Child in the 3rd degree, two (2) counts in Snohomish County Superior Court. He was given a term of 42 months in prison. The victim in this case was a known 14 to 15 year old victim. Crowell met the victim in September of 2005 and began a sexual relationship with the victim shortly thereafter. Crowell bought the victim jewerly, purses, shoes and random gifts. The victim was not forced to engage in sexual intercourse, but reports that she was fearful of him and did not want to say no. Crowell had told her that he was indicted for making a bomb and awaiting trial. He would also show her gruesome photographs of persons deceased or missing fingers. The victim was afraid that this would happen to her. Crowell completed treatment while in the prision system. Crowell is not active supervision with the Department of Corrections, Everett Office: 425-290-3200 He shall not spend any overnights in a residence where children live or are spending the night. Shall have no access to the internet or email by elextronic devices. Shall have no contact with Minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not consume controlled substances except pursuant to lawfully issued prescriptions. Shall not date women or form relationships with families with minor children. Shall not enter bars, taverns or counges. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children. Shall not travel East of Highway 9 in Snohomish County. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Shall not work or be in places frequented by minors. |
