| Comments: | According to official documents Bojang pled guilty in Pierce County Superior Court to one count of Communicating with A Minor for Immoral Purposes. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail and 365 days of that sentence were suspended. In this case Bojang met the unknown thirteen year old female victim on the internet via an instant messaging program. This victim was actually an undercover police officer investigating internet crimes against children. The internet chat continued from 03/24/2005 to 05/17/2005 when Bojang agreed to meet at a local mall. During chat sessions Bojang was aware of the age of the victim and continued to have sexually based conversations with her and exposed his penis via web cam. On the date he agreed to meet the victim he told her what he planned to do to sexually when they met. Bojang was arrested when he arrived at the location and was approaching an undercover detective posing as the victim. Bojan no longer is on supervision but is still required to register. |
