Carlos ISAAC is a violent sex offender with ties to Houston and San Antonio, Texas, and also Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 1995, he was convicted of Sexual Abuse after an incident in Iowa involving a 14-year-old female. He was sentenced to 6 years in Iowa state prison. In 2012, ISAAC was convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance and sentenced to 3 years in TDCJ prison. After being paroled in October 2013, he resided at a halfway house in Houston, Texas. He last reported his address to authorities in February 2014. His whereabouts since then are not known. On May 14, 2014, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for ISAAC's arrest for Parole Violation. On July 31, 2014, the Harris County Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. ISAAC has been known to work as a general laborer. |
