| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Hutchison was found guilty by bench trial in SNohomish County Superior Court on November 22, 2005 of one count of Rape of a Child in the 2nd degree. He was given a term of 78 months with a max. term of Life. Between March of 2005 and Mid-April of 2005, Hutchison (age 18) had sex with two 13 year old females on separate occasions. Hutchison admitted to four other victims who were between the ages of 12 and 14. Hutchison completed sex offender treatment while in prison. Hutchison had infractions for his behavior while in prison which included having Possession of Sexually Explicit Material. Hutchison will be on active supervision for Life with the Department of Corrections. At this time he is being supervised by the Lynnwood Office of DOC. 425-771-7116. Do not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Do not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Have no direct or indirect contact with victim. Participate and make progress in sexual deviancy treatment. Follow all conditions outlined in your treatment contract. Do not change therapists without advanced permission of the sentencing Court. Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include Department of Corrections sponsored offender groups, as directed by the supervising Community Corrections Officer. Participate in urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmograph and polygraph examinations as directed by the supervising Community Corrections Officer, to ensure conditions of community custody. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall not access the internet or email by electronic devices. Shall not consume controlled substances except pursuant to lawfully issued prescriptions. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not enter sex related business to include X-Rated movies. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. |
