| Details: | At the age of 18, while riding his bicycle, Mayer approached a woman and asked for directions. Prior to riding off, he reached out and grabbed the woman's breast. On the same day he approached other women, making sexually explicit remarks as to what he wanted to do with them and other vularities. Police learned that he had been engaged in the same behavior regarding the explicit comments over the past several days. A presentence investigative polygraph revealed a history of sexual deviancy, including sexual contact with a younger male relative. Mayer failed to maintain the requirements of the SSOSA program and was sentenced to prison, where he declined to participate in sex offender treatment. |
