| Comments: | According to official documents Rich was found guilty by stipulated bench trial on 02/14/2006 in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes. He was sentenced to 183 days in jail and that sentence was suspended. This conviction was the result of Rich having inappropriate sexual contact with the known 11 year old female victim while he was helping baby sit the victim. Recently Rich has been sanctioned for violating his conditions of community supervision by his continued drug use and by going to a place where minors are known to congregate. On 07/06/2007 Rich was seen repeatedly driving around a school park. He finally parked and was approaching the unknown 10 and 12 year old females on foot when they ran away. Rich is no longer on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
