She was also utilizing foul language towards customers at the Wal-Mart Super Center. Officers located the Female, CELINE M. SALVIA stumbling into traffic and attempting to stop vehicles. Upon contact it was clear that CELEINE M. SALVIA was intoxicated. She was placed under arrest for disorderly intoxication and transported to Hernando County Jail where she was charged and held on bond. |
