| Details: | Victim was 7 months pregnant, 23 y/o girlfriend of Brooks. Brooks called the victim on her cell phone and asked her to meet him out in front of her residence. The victim complied. As the victim waited for Brooks, he approached the victim from behind and grabbed her by the arms. Brooks pulled the victim by her arms down the block and into the back yard of a house and into an empty room of said house. The victim was yelling the entire time for Brooks not to hurt her or their unborn child. The victim's yells were loud enough to allert people in the neighborhood who called the police. Once Brooks got the victim into the aforementioned room he forced her down onto a chair, unzipped his pants and grabbed the victim by the head and forced her head towards his penis. Brooks told the victim that he wanted her to "give me head like you've been giving head to everone else. It's my turn now." As Brooks attempted to force his penis into the victim's mouth shebit him on the tip of his penis causing Brooks to pull away. Within a few seconds the police arrived and when Brooks heard them walking down the side of the house he ran out of said house and began jumping fences to make his escape. |
