| Comments: | According to Official documents Decuir pled guilty to Child Molestation 1st degree on November 1, 2000. He was given a term of 36 weeks in Maple Lane juvenile institution. He was released on July 10, 2001. His victim in this crime was a known female, 9 years of age. Decuir pulled down the victim's pants and got on top of the victim. Decuir rubbed his genitals against the victim. While in the institution Decuir participated in introductory sex offender treatment. Upon his release he was placed on parole and he entered into treatment. He was given a level 1 rating upon his release from the institution. Decuir later served 30 days for parole violations including attempted victim contact. Decuir is now rated as a level 2 offender do to the violations involving risky behaviors. Decuir is being supervised out of the Everett Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration Office (425) 339-1912. He will be on active JRA parole until 09/05/2003 and he has the following parole conditions: 1. Required to attend and make progress in sex offender treatment and substance abuse treatment 2. Required to contact his parole officer weekly 3. No contact with victim 4. May not view any type of pornographic material 5. No possession of firearms 6. No use of internet, unless monitored while you are working on school correspondence homework 7. Curfew at this time from 5pm until 6am. 8. No contact with minors who are two years younger or more than the offender 9. Decuir is not allowed on any public or private Elementary or Middle School Property other than the school where he is enrolled. |
