| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Elliott pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation in the First Degree and was given a term of 68 months on October 11, 2001 which was suspended having Elliott serve 6 months in jail and remain in the community while on supervision. On September 3, 2003 Elliott had his sentence revoked for being terminated from community based sex offender treatment after failing three polygraph examinations for failure to disclose prior victims . The victim in his crime was a non-familial 5-year-old female. The victim and her mother were spending the night at Elliot's sisters home where Elliott also lived. Elliott got up in the morning and sat on the couch next to the victim who was sleeping and Elliott put his hands under the victim's undergarments and touch and rubbed her. The victim reported what had taken place. Elliott contacted CPS and told them what he had done to the victim. Elliott admitted his crime and was arrested after the investigation was completed. Elliott disclosed that he has offended against 10 females between the ages of 5 and 10 both familial and non-familial since he was 14 years old.While in prison Elliott completed Sex Offender Treatment. Elliott is no longer on supervision. Have no direct or indirect contact with his victim for life. |
